When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

You may not use our Service:

All content created by RetailPhoto remains the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. However, RetailPhoto retains the right to use created content for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RetailPhoto and its licensors.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Payment is required before project commencement unless otherwise agreed
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy outlined in service agreements
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RetailPhoto excludes all representations, warranties, conditions, and terms whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
