Upon checkout, Shopify clients will now be prompted to tell us if they’re enjoying the soona app!

if you select ‘YES I AM’, you will be prompted to leave a review on the Shopify app review page
if you select ‘NOT REALLY’, they will be prompted to provide feedback to soona directly (via Google form)
once you respond to the 'enjoying our soona app' prompt, you will not be shown the prompt again

Our goal is to constantly be improving how our customers interact with us, whether it’s on our dashboard, through the Shopify app, etc. 

We hope to collect this feedback to continue to make our product the best it can be for our customers. So, if you are a Shopify user, don’t be shy to give us a review based on your real experiences with our soona app!
